Terms and Conditions

Please use inflatable on a flat grass surface. No Inflatable is to be places on a Paved or Cemented Area unless informed to us Inflatables Hire Hub (Inflatable Hire Hub is to be fully informed of this as if Inflatables are to be used on a Paved or Cemented area – a Groundsheet will be Arranged and provided).

•The inflatable/motor must not be left in the rain whilst out on hire.

•The Hirer undertakes to ensure that the Electrical Power supply point is well earthed, and that the earth leakage is in full working condition.

•Please remove all stones and sharp objects prior to inflating!

•No shoes or sharp objects allowed on inflatable equipment.

•No food or drinks to go with kids on inflatable – for own safety as well!!

•Do not let children play with or near the motor or hang over the sides of the Inflatables as they may fall out causing injury.

•Care must be taken not to splash water on the electrical motor as it could result in electrocution.

•No face paints, streamers, biro or felt tipped pens, poppers, silly string/spiderman spray as they stain the vinyl.

•If Inflatables are to be moved Inflatable Hire Hub is to be notified if permission is given Inflatable are to be put back into Covers first and then moved to avoid any Damages that might occur to Inflatables.

•Do Not let Inflatables to get over crowded.

•No one is allowed on any unit under the influence of alcohol or drugs

•No smoking or E-cigarettes are not used on the unit.

•No animals are permitted on the inflatable at any time. Ensure that your animals are locked away from Inflatables or alternatively please wrap up the Inflatable and put in a safe and Secure place.

•The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages or losses to the above, and will pay accordingly for the Damages or Replacement of a new Inflatable, legal and importing costs
included.

•The Owner/Agent or Staff member will not be held responsible for the injury, loss, death or otherwise to any person using the Inflatables, Dunk Tank Mechanical Bull or any equipment supplied.

•In the Event there is no Operator from Inflatable Hire Hub Present it is hereby acknowledged that it is necessary to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise ensure strict compliance herewith simultaneously indemnifying the owner
against any claim that may be made against the owner arising out of any damage sustained by any person utilizing the fun item and motor.

PLEASE NOTE: INFLATABLES MUST BE FOLD UP AND PACKED IN COVER AND STORED SECURELY AFTER USE
Bookings for more than 25 children will be considered as a “function”.
Separate prices will be quoted on for functions and fundraising events on request.
Full payment will be forfeited in case of dishonest bookings – items will not be handed to hirer.
